The products available for licensing are active wear, hats, visors, lapel pins, buttons, mugs, bumper stickers both on sheets or as a single, window decals interior and exterior, casual jackets, bracelets, movie, DVD, printed items such as books and stock paper, jewelry items necklace, clasp and push pins, watches, socks, shoes for both men and women including active wear or flops, hair items, dolls, games including board, card, interactive, and in different formats, music in a variety of genre. Other items include kites, surfboards, motorcycles or cars as a production line only, no specialty or one of a kind.
This License Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, and the USPTO without regard to conflicts of provisions.

Some associations/organizations have created their own American Spirit Award as a title and/or company recognition piece. Special licensing is available for those groups that would like to use and present the official licensed trademark on the individual organizations' plaques.
